Record Detail: Ms. Avani Lekhara has set a fresh World Record as the “First Indian woman to win a Paralympic gold medal.” The 19-year-old hit a perfect 10.9 in one of her shots in the final and won a medal in the women’s 10m Air Rifle Standing (SH1) event at the Tokyo Paralympics.
