- PWR does not promote or accept attempts or records that have the potential to harm communal peace or turn out to be a threat to the society/individual/region/religion etc.
- Approval or disapproval of any attempt and certification will be wholly and solely the decision of the Record committee of PWR.
- We accept online claims and registrations of record attempts, however for some cases we need the candidates to send all the required documents to the PWR head-office through postal/currier services only for completing the certificate verification.
- Record approval and certification process may take 1-12 weeks as per instant recognition/fast processing/normal processing.
- All the documents should be duly signed by all the witnesses.
- The minimum requirement of witnesses that should be present at the time of record attempting is 2.
- Witness information should be sent along with all evidence proof.
- A PWR official may not be present in all kinds of attempts, however this fact should not affect the authenticity of the record made/break/attempted. In such scenarios where the PWR official in absent PWR require you to send us solid proofs along with judges/witnesses were present at the location of attempt. Everything will be thoroughly verified by the PWR team.

- Record Claiming Material should be emailed; clearly mentioning the Claim ID, Applicant’s Name, Address and Contact Details.
- Online claims and registrations of record attempts are accepted at PWR. To complete the certification process, the candidate must send/mail duly filled Record Application form or Record Claim Form, Few Photographs related to record, Video of record attempt and media coverage (if available) to our E-Mail ID.
- The pen drives/ hard drives sent to PWR must include a clear name of the candidate, the record attempted, contact details and permanent address of the candidate.
- Minimum of two witnesses are required on the venue at the time of the record attempt.
- The complete details about all witnesses should be enclosed with the claim documents.
- All the documents should be duly signed by all the witnesses.
- Claimed Record approval and certification may take 30-45 days.
- Failure to produce/submit any of the required documents can lead to the rejection of the record claim.
- Documents and material submitted to PWR is supposed to become property of PWR. PWR is under no circumstances is eligible return any kind of claim materials/documents back to the attempter.
- Claim will be accepted and approved only after the complete process of claim verification is completed.
- Only after the complete verification by the PWR, the certificate and approval will be published.

- Aspiring candidate must inform the PWR team one month prior to the date of the record attempt for sending an RMJ (adjudicator) at the attempt location.
- Travel and accommodation of the RMJ (adjudicator) will be the responsibility of the aspiring individual/organization or sponsor/s if any.
- If the record attempt is successful, the RMJ (adjudicator) possess all rights to give on-the-spot certification to the candidate. In case of on-the-spot certification attempts, the approval will be solely depend on the satisfaction of the RMJ (adjudicator).
